The search function in the legal directory will only list details of advocates and solicitors with a valid practicing certificate and currently existing law firms. If your search result does not list the name and details of an advocate and solicitor, or law firm, kindly contact the Malaysian Bar’s Membership department by telephone at (+603 2050 2191).
Note:
A search result that lists an advocate and solicitor as “N/A” under the “Contact” column indicates that the advocate and solicitor has a valid practicing certificate but is not practicing in a registered law firm. Such advocates and solicitors are not covered under the Malaysian Bar’s mandatory Professional Indemnity Insurance scheme and are not permitted to practice as advocates and solicitors.
